Can everbody please have a think what Charity we would like to support for this year
Can we please have some suggestions on Wednesday
It was suggested at the February meeting that we would decide how much we would donate to our chosen charity
at the December 2017 meeting
 
Snowdrop Run February 18th Organised by Cambridge Area MGOC
I do know that some of our members did take part in this run out
would anybody like to comment on this at £28.00 per car was this good value?
 
Lisa has given me some information for This Saturday Evening at Romford Dog Track
Entry for the evening is Via The Millennium Enclosure Complimentary Turnstile
you will need to tell the official at the turnstile That you are with The Lisa Bacon Party
 
The Paddock Corner Restaurant opens at 6.30 all diners must  be there by 7.30
there are 21 going. 2 tables one of 11 & One of 10
 
 
March 19th a Club run to Beth Chatto Gardens at Elmstead Market
entry cost to the Gardens is £6.95 per person
can I please have some confirmation of numbers on Wednesday
I would suggest that we meet at the Little Chef on the A12 where we have meet on previous occasons
 
March 31st & April 1st is the Practical Classics Restoration show at NEC
I would like to go on the April 1st anybody like to join me ??

MG Era Day at Brooklands on Sunday  April 2nd
if we have enough cars we may be able to have our own dedicated parking Area
Can I please have some indication if anybody would like to go to this on Wednesday

Drive it Day April 23rd
Chelmer Valley Classic Car Club have a Drive it day run organised going from
RHS Gardens Hyde Hall, Creephedge Lane, Chelmsford, CM3 8ET,
and finishing at The Royal Gunpowder Mills, Waltham Abbey, EN9 1JY,
entry cost is £18.00 per car I would suggest that we join in on this the event that they had last year was pretty good
I will have the entry forms with me on Wednesday
 
A couple of car events for May to start thinking about
 
May 6th & 7th Leeds Castle Classic Car Show
entry cost per car is £10.00 which gives full access to the Castle & Gardens and Maze this is cheaper than public entry
I will need to have numbers for this along with payment at the April Meeting
a few of the members went to this last year it was very good day out
 
 
May 14th Battlesbridge
Do we have any members who want to go ??
Do we have enough for a club stand??
again if we want to attend this show I must have numbers and payment at the April meeting
 
and for the Bank Holiday Weekend at the end of May is Enfield Pageant of Motoring
I will have entry forms with me tomorrow
entry is for any day over the weekend But must be prebooked
